BRADLEY HALL PUT THEIR BEST FOOT FORWARD

Bradley Hall Chartered Surveyors, the Regional multi disciplinary practice based in Newcastle, Durham & Sunderland appear to be bucking the property trend by taking on new Surveyors.

 

 

Brian Crumbley BSc FRICS, the former Director of Property Investment at Grainger Plc, has joined the Practice to head up the Investment Agency Department and to build on the Practice’s presence in the Newcastle market. 

 

 

Brian Crumbley is a Chartered Surveyor with other 30 years experience in the UK and North East Property Markets.  After graduating in 1981, he commenced his surveying career with Storeys:ssp before joining what was then a small Newcastle based property investment company Grainger Trust in 1983.

 

 

In the early days, he had responsibility for setting up the property management of the commercial portfolio which expanded throughout the UK.  Brian was later involved in the company’s residential investment strategy becoming Director of Property Investment with emphasis on the groups sales and acquisitions.  During this time, Grainger plc became the largest UK quoted property residential investor and Footsie 250 Company. 

 

 

After over 20 years with Grainger, Brian left to start his own property development company and is now delighted to be given the opportunity to join Bradley Hall to expand the investment and commercial agency.

Even in this market Bradley Hall have seen a 50% increase in instructions and sales of upmarket residential properties over the last 12 months with James Angus having joined the Practice as Head of Residential Agency only 5 months ago and is based at the Gosforth Office whilst Peter Bartley continues to expand both the residential and commercial departments from the Durham Office.

 

 

Graham Hall also add that “There is hope that Bradley Hall will be announcing the opening of new offices in Durham City Centre and Newcastle City Centre within the very near future”.
