Train to Gain supports staff development, if you are currently in employment and aged 19 or over your employer maybe able to access funding to develop your skills.

This is a national service, launched by the Learning and Skills Council (LSC), to help businesses get the training they need to improve their productivity and competitiveness.  By developing employees skills to meet their business needs.

This will help you as an employee to perform well within your job and increase your productivity and confidence which will have a positive effect on the day to day running of your employers business.

We can provide training in the following occupations at level 2, or advanced level 3: 

• Accounting (*accounting up to level 4 is available)

• Beauty Therapy
• Business Administration
• Customer Service
• Hairdressing

In most cases training involves day release to our centre in Chester le Street, we offer more flexibility with Business Administration and Customer Service qualifications by delivering most of this on site.  Contact us to discuss your requirements.
