How can DBC support me?
We are sensitive to peoples needs and if you disclose information, we will keep this confidential unless we have your agreement to discuss this with a third party should this be suitable. If you have a specific requirement with regards to attending DBC for an interview applying to us please contact us so we can assist you.
How can DBC support you?
During your training a mentor will support you where necessary with your theory work for example taking notes, scribing for you and reading information. Extra time for tests can be arranged with examination boards, a tutor/mentor can read and write for you and papers are available in large print. We can access other agencies to provide additional support and we will try to make any necessary changes to
accommodate your needs.

Accessibility & Mobility:
The building and training centre is fully accessible to everyone. In terms of employer’s premises, some are easier to access than others. Therefore it is very important that you highlight your individual access needs during your interview so we can match you with suitable employers.
