What happens next ?

On receipt of your completed application form, we will contact you within 5 working days to arrange a suitable time for you to attend an interview at our centre in Chester le Street .

The interview is informal with the aim of providing you with information, advice and guidance relevant to your chosen area of learning.  If possible please bring your qualification certificates or  your record of achievement, if you have one.

Matching you with employers – employment opportunities

Following your interview our tutors we will either agree taster periods for you in our centre to give you an insight into your chosen apprenticeship/training,  or start to match you with employer vacancies and arrange interviews for you with the aim of finding you suitable employment in order to start your training. We will try to match you with a local employers so you are not traveling too far from home to work each day. 

However you need to consider to gain employment you may need to travel outside your local area.  Our staff will keep in contact with you throughout this process and should you have any queries please contact us.
